How Creators Multiverse handles website information.

Creators Multiverse is a Pakistan-based creator-economy and digital-growth company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and operating from Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through creator applications, business enquiries, account registration and communications. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, organization, creator role or track, profile link, application answers and the message you send.

For approved creator accounts, we may also store an internal creator reference, assigned track, onboarding status, progress, tasks and announcements. The website and its service providers may process basic technical information needed for security, login, performance and delivery, such as IP address, browser/device information and server logs.

3. Why we use information

• Review and manage creator, agency and BD applications.
• Contact applicants and business enquirers.
• Create and administer approved Creator Portal accounts.
• Provide Academy, onboarding and creator-development support.
• Plan and deliver requested services or partnerships.
• Protect the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Maintain operational records and improve our processes.

4. How information is shared

Access is limited to Creators Multiverse personnel and service providers who need the information for the purposes above. Website hosting, email delivery and related technology providers may process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid court or government order, or to protect rights, safety and security.

5. Storage and retention

Website data is stored through our WordPress hosting, backups and configured business systems. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for applications, enquiries, creator management, service delivery, dispute prevention, security and legitimate record-keeping. Test records should be deleted after verification. Backup copies may remain temporarily until they rotate out.

6. Security

We use role-based accounts, authenticated administration, encrypted website connections when available, backups and security maintenance. No internet system is completely secure, so please provide only information relevant to your request.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to correct inaccurate information, withdraw from an application, close an eligible creator account or request deletion of information we no longer need to retain. Some information may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal obligations, disputes or business records.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies for WordPress login, security, preferences and performance. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this notice and the website consent controls should be updated before they are enabled.

Our website may link to platforms or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this one.
